"Protect those not yet eligible for vaccination such as young children by getting yourself and other eligible people around them vaccinated," the CDC noted in guidance issued late Friday afternoon. The latest guidance presents a less restrictive view of the holiday gatherings as two-thirds of Americans have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccines.
