How can RealAge@home help me?

RealAge@home lets you start your journey toward better health without leaving your home. The personalized results give measurements and insights related to your cholesterol, blood pressure, heart and kidney conditions, and more. You can use the results to set the right health goals and plan the best way to achieve them. Plus, you can earn up to $50 to spend at Walmart and Walmart.com.

How long will it take for my kit to arrive?

After you order a kit, it’s shipped within 4-6 business days.

Are there any steps I need to take before my kit arrives?

Yes. Complete the RealAge® test in your Sharecare app. You will get a unique calculation of your body’s health age as well as tailored recommendations for maintaining or improving your health.

Do I need to activate the kit?

Yes, be sure to activate your kit at QuestActivate.com by providing the activation number from your activation card. The lab cannot process your samples and give you results without the activation.

Do I need to fast before collecting the samples?

Yes. Plan to fast for 9-12 hours before you take your blood pressure and other samples. We suggest planning to do your collection first thing in the morning, before you eat or drink anything other than water and before you take any medications. We also suggest being well hydrated. Drink 1-2 glasses of water the night before and 1-2 glasses of water at least 30 minutes before collection.

How should I send my samples back? And is there a time constraint?

Our kit makes sending the samples easy. Send the samples via FedEx using the prepaid labels. Be sure to ship the samples within 24 hours of collection. Keep your samples cool and dry before shipping them.

How long should it take me to complete my collection?

The whole process takes about 45 minutes, specifically:
• 15 minutes to read the instructions, activate your kit, take your biometrics and complete your collection.
• 30 minutes for your collection card to dry.

What if items are missing from my kit or I have questions about the collection?

If you are missing any items or you need support regarding the collection process, call 1-855-332-2533. The Quest Diagnostics Service Center representatives are available to assist you, 7am-7pm CST Monday – Friday and 7:30am-2pm on Saturday.

What if more than one kit is sent to my household?

When should I complete my health screening by?

We recommend you complete your health screening as soon as possible, no later than 2-3 weeks prior to your program deadline to allow for return shipping and processing.

How long will it take to get my results?

Typically, you can see the results in your Health Profile in the Sharecare app within 7-10 business days after the lab receives your samples.

Will my employer have access to my results?

Both Quest Diagnostics and Sharecare are committed to protecting the confidentiality of member information. We do not share individual data with employers and will never sell data.

What should I do after I get my results?

Connect with a health coach to help you better meet your health goals, with personalized support when you need it.

How do I use my reward at Walmart and Walmart.com?

We’ll add a Walmart program card to your Sharecare wallet and notify you when it is available. Use it at Walmart Supercenters, Walmart Neighborhood Markets or Walmart.com to buy healthy foods, workout clothes or equipment, and other items to help you on your health journey. The funds cannot be used to buy tobacco, firearms, or alcohol. Grocery purchases may only be made in stores. View your program card for additional details.
