What happens if I leave my employer or health plan?

Your relationship with Sharecare does not have to end when your program does. When your Enterprise Program ends, you may be able to keep using your personal profile and your information. To keep accessing health information your organization provided, you will simply complete a voluntary authorization allowing Sharecare to continue using it.

If you choose not to authorize it, some information your program provided may no longer be available to you, and some features may change, but your account continues under the standard Sharecare terms and privacy policy. Your privacy choices stay in your control either way, including the option to delete your data.

If you have moved to a new employer or plan that also offers Sharecare, updating your connection in your profile brings your new coverage into your guidance.
