How do I manage email notifications?

You are in control of what we send you. In both the Sharecare app and the AskMD app, go to Profile, then Settings, and open notification preferences to choose which emails and notifications you receive. Prefer one-click? The unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email works too.

Some messages are not optional because they are about your account itself, like security notices and legally required communications, but everything promotional is yours to switch off.
