How do I reset my password?

In the Sharecare app, use the sign-in screen, choose the forgot password option and we will send a reset link to the email on your account. If you do not see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder, and make sure you are checking the email address you signed up with.

Still not receiving it? Verification emails can be delayed by your email provider; wait a moment and request a fresh code or link rather than reusing an old one, since the newest one is the one that works. If you use multi-factor authentication and have lost access to your second factor, contact support at to verify your identity and restore access.
