Does Sharecare sell my health data?

No. We do not sell your personal information, and we never sell or rent your protected health information. We do not sell anyone’s sensitive data to data miners or data brokers. Your health information exists to power your experience, not to be a product.

When information is shared at all, it is the minimum necessary for a purpose you can see: delivering your program on behalf of your employer or health plan, working with service providers who are contractually required to safeguard it, or steps you choose yourself, like connecting a record source. In AskMD, the same principle holds: limited sharing, such as crediting rewards with Bilt or verifying your identity with CLEAR, is restricted to the minimum needed and described in the privacy policy. Sponsors of clearly labeled content never receive your identity, your records, or your conversations.
