How does AskMD map our region’s clinics, programs, and hotlines?

PUBLIC SECTOR Updated August 2026

AskMD connects people to the care and support that actually exists around them: local clinics, community programs, and hotlines, alongside clinical care options. And that local picture is built with you, not just for you. When Sharecare begins working with a community, we collaborate with your agency and local partners to ensure the right local resources are represented, from safety-net clinics and county health programs to crisis lines and community organizations, and we keep that directory current together as programs change.

Community resources are surfaced through curated network data from Sharecare and its partners, alongside access to trusted, evidence-based health education and decision-support resources drawn from Sharecare’s proprietary clinical content library. In Georgia’s GREAT Health Program deployment, that means residents can move from a question to a local answer: an in-network provider, an available virtual care service, or a community program that fits their situation.
